Items

In this Pokémon Go item guide, we'll tell you how to get all the items and how to use them properly.

Items are an integral part of your adventure, and using them correctly will save you a lot of time as you progress. In Pokémon Go, all items are useful.

By default, your bag can hold 350 items; when you win more items than your bag allows, you will no longer be able to turn PokéStop. The number of items your bag can hold can be increased in increments of 50 by purchasing the "Item bag" item in the store for 200 coins. We strongly advise you to do so, as you'll quickly reach saturation point. To earn coins, you'll need to place a Pokémon in an arena to earn up to 50 coins per day or you can buy them in the shop.
