To access this area, you'll first need to complete the levels "Welcome to the Flower Kingdom", "Piranha Plants on Parade" and "Scram, Skedaddlers". Get on the flower chopper to reach the second section of World 1, the Pipe Plain. Here you'll need to use 3 Wonder Seeds to clear the building of weeds.
