In this guide to the main story of Creepy Tale 3: Ingrid Penance, we explain the complete path through the fifth chapter of the game with the various choices to be made.

Head right to reach the second tree trunk and stand between the flowers. Wait until you fall asleep to obtain the Voluntary Sleep trophy. Go to the trunk on the right and look into the hole in the tree and pick up the purple orb.

Go to the left of the door and place the purple orb with triangle on the valve on the left. Then go right and press the middle circle with the whirlwind. Return to the valve and turn it so that the light replaces the purple orb. Go through the door into the craft room.

Go upstairs to pick up theempty glass on the left-hand shelf without being seen by the owl. Then wait until the owl is all the way to the right to pick up the scissors on the flower level. You'll then get the trophy Picklock style.

Go down to fill the pot of paint to the left of the table with triangle. Go to the right to pour the blue paint on the flowers in the basket as you go down. And go through the right exit so you don't get caught.

Wait for the upstairs owl to come and chat with the other one and go upstairs to cut the rope. Go downstairs and turn right to retrieve the purple orb behind the branch. Exit the room and return to pick up the dream sensor to the left of the stairs.

Return to the valve to place the orb and press the button to place the orb. Turn the valve so that the light replaces the new purple orb. Go through the door to The Shelves.

The Shelves

Go and interact with the red book on the bookshelf to the right of the middle ladder, then the brown book near the owl to get the Curiosity trophy.

Climb the ladder and take the skull on the right. This will fall and you'll need to pick up the key on the floor. Go down to climb the middle ladder to place the key in the right head with triangle. You can then take the sickle to the right.

Go down the right-hand ladder and take the key in the boar's head at the bottom of the ladder. Go back up the ladder and take the key in the top head. Then climb down the middle ladder and go left.

Go to the big owl book and climb the ladder on the left. Then put the key in the head and climb the ladder.

Use the sickle to remove the thorns. Open the book and take the purple orb. Go left and press the shelf. There's no action information, but you'll need to click to take a vinyl.

Go back down and put the key in the second head to get the other orb. Go down behind the owl. Take the left-hand key to lock the owl and go back up immediately. Put the key in the right head and exit the library. Go to the tree on the left to look in the hole to obtain the trophy "Larva".

Return to the valve to place the orb and press the button to place the orb. Turn the valve so that the light replaces the new purple orb. Go through the door into the bedroom.

Go to the right to lie down in the bed. When the owl stops and thinks, get up to lie down in the bed at the far left. Wait again for the owl to stop and think, go back to the right. Do the operation again to obtain the "Naughty girl" trophy.

Bad decision: Go and lie down in the bed on the right and wait for the owl to suffocate you. Kill them with the sickle to take the orb.

good decision: Go all the way to the left and climb the ladder to hang the dream catcher. Wait for the owl to return to sleep so you can take the yellow stone from its staff.

Then place the vinyl record in the player on the left and remove it to obtain the "Who wrote this stuff" trophy.

Bad decision: abandoning the other children 
Good decision: solve the riddle and rescue the other children from their sleep. To solve the riddle, go to the red panel to the right of the child and move the cursor back and forth until the red glow disappears :

Leave the room to place the orb and press the button. Turn the valve so that light replaces the new violet orb. Go through the door into the light room.

Wait for the owl to come down and pick up the grey orb on the table. Then pick up the purple orb on the right.

Good decision: Skip all the following steps and leave the room. 
Bad decision: Take the key from the owl's table and insert it into the bottom of the head on the left. Then wait for the owl to move to the right, close to the cursor. 
Turn the beam towards the owl and press the lever to burn it. Take the golden ball and leave the room.

Place the new orb in the door and turn the wheel to reach the red room.

Bad decision: Skip all the following steps and exit the room.

Go through the door on the left to go upstairs and hide behind the box. Take the first valve and hide again to avoid detection. Then take the second valve, go back down and run to the right. Place a valve in the hole and turn it to open a door on the right.

Go upstairs, put the valve in the machine and turn it. Go up through the left-hand door to get the other valve and wait for it to explode. You can now return to the previous room.

Light room

Return to the light room. If the owl is still alive, it will deposit a golden orb in the machine at the bottom left. Pick it up when the owl's back is turned. You should now have two gold orbs; place them in the machine at top right.

Rotate the arrows so that the sign with the highest number of arrows is at the top.

Now place the grey orb in the violet beam so that it turns purple. Take it back and exit the room, placing the orb in the door system.

Throne room

You'll find a disc hidden to the right of the door. Leave the room and return to the room with the beds to listen to the disc. This will unlock the elevator.

Enter the elevator and press :

  • Second key from the right 
  • Second key from left
  • First key from left

At the top, turn the crank to raise the dreamcatcher. Then interact with it to see the book. Click on the three dream-catcher symbols to make the same pattern on the second page on the left. Make sure you have the right number of feathers. Lower the dream catcher and sit on the throne.
