Teniten Shrine

In this Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom shrine guide, we'll give you the complete solution for the Teniten Shrine, with all the puzzles and chests you'll come across.

You'll find this Shrine located to the east of the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower. Once in front of the Shrine entrance, activate the magic circle to enter and be able to teleport to this location next time.

Once inside, you'll face a lesson in throwing. A Construct lieutenant will teach you how to throw objects manually. To throw, simply hold down R, aim at the target or enemy and release the key when you want to throw the object.

Be constantly on the move to avoid the lieutenant Construct's arrows, and once the arrow has been fired, you'll have a few seconds to aim at the Construct and throw your bow at it before it fires another arrow.

Repeat the same process for the second part, but this time the instructor Construct will be on the move. Wait for the Construct to stop on one side, then throw a weapon at it.

You can pick up rusty halberds on the left-hand side of the room. Throw the spears at the Construct lieutenant.

Once the lesson is over, collect the resources, open the chest in front of the circle to receive a Zonaite spear and activate the magic circle to obtain a Light of Blessing.

Try to complete as many Shrines as possible in order to receive all the Light of Blessing and accumulate as many Heart Receptacles as possible or Stamina from the goddess statue.
