How to use Ultrahand
In this guide of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, we'll explain how the Ultrahand ability works, and how to use it to make your adventure easier.
The Ultrahand ability lets you grab an object and move it from a distance. You can also make objects move and stick to other objects. This is the very first power you receive at the start of the game when you complete the Ukouh Shrine during the main quest: The Closed Door.
First of all, to use a power, simply press L. If you have several abilities unlocked, you can select the one you want with Stick de droite.
First, select the object you wish to move or glue on using A. When the object or structure turns green, it means you can use Ultrahand on it. If the object remains orange, it means that it is not possible to use the ability; this sometimes happens when the object is too far away from you.
Approach/Drive away an object
- To approach the object to you, simply press bouton du haut.
- To move the object away from you, simply press bouton du bas.
Spin an objet
To rotate an object or structure, first hold down R. While holding R, to rotate in a vertical axis, use bouton du haut and bouton du bas. For horizontal axis rotation, use bouton de gauche and bouton de droite. * It is important to hold down R to be able to rotate.
Simply press ZL.
It's normal to have some difficulty manipulating objects and structures at the start of the game. It takes a little practice! Once you've used Ultrahand a few times, you'll have a better understanding of the mechanics and how to move and rotate an object.
