San Bakar's Trial

In this walkthrough for Hogwarts Legacy, we'll give you the complete tutorial for the main quest: San Bakar's Trial.

Join Professor Fig in the San Bakar Pensieve, located near the Cragcroft Shore. 

Then find the clue to open the Pensieve room. Simply use a fire spell to remove the leaves covering the stone sculpture in front of you.

Then talk to Professor Fig, who will inform you that you'll need a fearsome creature called Graphorn to open the passage. That's why Professor Rackham told you that you'll need to have a good ability to interact with creatures for the final test.

Look for the Shore Lord, located in the south-western part of Cragcroft Shore. Head to the left of the whale skeletons. A cinematic will appear in which you will face a large Graphorn. Use your spells to defeat it. The fight is in 2 parts. 

• It's important to know that the Graphorn is very fast, so you'll need to dodge its attacks at the right moment. What's more, you can use the game's lock-on function to automatically aim your spells at the beast at all times. 

Once the Graphorn is 50% defeated, it will be even faster and more aggressive. Keep dodging its attacks at the right moment and keep attacking. Once the beast has been defeated, you'll have the option of kneeling or attacking. Choose the kneel option. The creature will stop in front of you and agree to become your ally. You can now mount the creature and control it. 

Then head for the San Bakar Pensieve room with the Graphorn and use the creature to open the room. Simply place the creature in the center of the circle to open the room's door. 

Dismount the creature and head for the bedroom to talk to San Bakars portrait. Then head for San Bakar's Pensieve. Here you'll see the story unfold, as well as the teachers' fight against Isidora for continuing to use bad magic. You'll also get the "Memory aid" trophy.

Une fois la cinématique terminée, utilisez le passage magique pour revenir à la Salle de la Carte afin de parler aux gardiens et de partager vos trouvailles. Percival Rackham vous informe qu’il faudra créer une baguette avec les artefacts trouvés chez Ollivanders pour l’étape finale. Vous obtiendrez aussi le trophée "Prendre le Grapcorne par les cornes ". Once the cinematic is over, use the magic passage to return to the Map Room to talk to the guardians and share your findings. Percival Rackham informs you that you'll need to create a wand with the artifacts found at Ollivanders for the final stage. You'll also get the "Grab the Graphorn by the horns" trophy. And so the quest: San Bakar's Trial comes to an end, making way for your next main quest in Hogwarts Legacy: Wand Mastery.
