There are several ways to activate this quest, including completing the single quest for your house. The difficulty with this quest is that it's not indicated anywhere on the map. Once you've activated the quest, go to the Floo Flames spot in the Forbidden Forest.
Use Lumos and go near the stone bridge to make candles appear. Follow them into the forest to reach a treasure.
